Because of some backgrounds which we continue to remind us of something bad we encounter in lives we feel bittered about them.
Bitterness draw away our concentration and let our minds over working thus causing detrimental effects on our health and behavioural attitudes.
Bitterness is a spiritually acquired immune deficiency syndrome. It attacks the defence mechanism against syndrome. Bitterness related to bereavement ,love ,poverty ,divorce and so on . It retains anger waiting to be unleached.
Symptoms of bitterness include anger ,habitual complaign ,repeating the same story over and over again,mood swings and suicidal tendencies.
This results in effects like ulcers,angry moods and hate words ,lost of friendships or ruined marriage relationships.
Inconclusion bitterness blocks blessing ,this is because according to the religious beliefs. It cause someone not to be closure to the power of the supreme being and lack of concentration may led to fallen apart of religious practices that may help in protection or gifts of life.
We need blessings which we can only get when we possess an emotional stability and peace of mind.
Some people may be bitter of love gossip which cause them to be in dangerous conflicts with their sexual partners and may lose self esteem because they are looking for sympathy.Getting out of this condition of bitterness which has its own concequences in our health and wellbeing one should first accept that is bitter especially with close people or parents.
Identify any person you may bitter with and review the reasons which cause you to be in such bitterness.
Adopt the moral attitude of forgiveness and stop thinking of revenging. Look for an opportunity to visit this person and have a talk on one on one conversation which should help to reconcile with such person to reach a consensus for the benefit of the way forward and focus on future not the past.
Learn also to share your bitterness with your mutual friends. Remember you can reduce your bitterness by 70-90% by just talking it to someone ,even if you can not get a response ,but you feel more relieved.
If you identify some of your mistakes or shortcomings ,be ready to apologise and accept that you had a weakness and also agree for yourself that there are things which you don't change ,because its past. Remember you can change the future not the past so why having persistent worries of your past.
Some people may be bittered by e-mails or text messeges ,if so delete them and forget about them because it affect yourself and is dangerous in harmony with you wellbeing.
Bitterness can cause accidents when you are driving a vehicle ,working on dangerous machines. Some people may develop suicidal behaviours because of bitterness.
Learn to live without bitterness ,remember a happy man is a health man.
