Happiness makes us healthier!

Our minds never prepared to have conflicts with others .But because of conflicts of interests or being greed against each other we ended up without happiness in ourselves and with others. Happiness is the source of inspiration ,hope and motivator of our survival. Lets look at happiness and its sources.
Happiness can be viewed generally as the state of well-being of which we have emotions which range from contentment ,satisfaction,pleasure to intense joy.Philosophers and religious gurus concur happiness as when someone attains good life surrounded by all pleasures which aids us to be continuously satisfied.Hence happiness is found to ensure peace of mind and also being in peace with the neighbours and the whole world.
The key to happiness is anything we can need that satisfy our needs and wants to make us feel satisfied ,laugh or show signs of excitement.These includes the security of good accommodation ,availability of food ,good friends ,money and so on. All these things and many more produce kinds of happiness which psychologists categorised as pleasure ,engagement and meaning.
The way we interact with others in the society ,our marital status,employment and health makes us being happy.Even going to church there is a lot of happiness attributed to us as we can get words of encouragement from our religious overseers and being spiritual conscious about the basic needs of our happiness.
Religious practices give hope to mankind by the way they help the sick ,help the poor and their general preachings which promotes the sense of being love ,tolerant and forgive others who show aggressiveness towards us.The main purpose of these churches and mosques is to encourage moral values which set the good foundation for us to be happy in ourselves and with the world. Above all there is common hope that we shall live a new life after we persevere in this world which constantly threaten our happiness and that God shall make new world for us in the near future.
The major source of happiness which makes our body health is the release of endophines after we go through some exercises ,eat certain types of food such as chocolates and Brazil nuts or if we always play ,stay or interact with happy people who always motivates us to be in happy moods or when we involved in religious practices.
According to the daily mail of UK. Brazil nuts contains selenium which contributes to the release of endorphines in our brains.The founder of one of the largest religion in the world Jesus christ was quoted by the bible gospel writers says, God needs people to be happy and live an everlasting life.
In conclusion to be happy is necessary through doing regular exercises ,such as jogging every morning before go to work,walk in the green vegetation is a good source of serenity.There are so many kinds of exercises which we can do. Like working in the garden for example,growing our own vegetables by so doing we are exercising at same time producing our own health food.The consumption of food which promotes the release of more endorphines such as nuts,chocolates and many recommended by nutritionists help us to enjoy ourselves. Look for your own church of choice ,be part of all the church proceedings make companionship with happy people. When I visited wood industry some time in 1996 during our school Educational trip, I saw a sign which reads 'safety begins with you' and to you I also say be source of initiation for your own happiness and to family members,friends and neighbours in this kinds of happy states we easily become happy for the betterment of our life.
