Follow goldern rules of all preparation such as warming up,skill demostrations and mastering of skills,start with light exercises and from simple to complex.When you start by walking then gradually jogging as you give your body readiness to adjust then you begin running .It is important to warm up for atleast three minutes .
Aim for a specific skill to do within 30 minutes .If you are playing cricket for example ,learn with your members batting do all batting skills before playing mini-games.The aim of exercising within specific skills is to develop cardiovascular fitness .This helps to burn all the fats in the body to produce energy as you mastering specific skills.
Set realistic goals for yourself or as a club for specific goals.Set roles for each member to be responsible and all your assignments you give each other should be monitored by everyone.
Vary your activities so that you mantain stimulus variation and motivation to everyone involved.A variety of exercises builds different muscles and develop various levels fitness.Explore various activities and never only stick to those you enjoy most.You need to strain yourself as you try hard and difficult activities which are at times painful.
Keep it up and don't assume that your level of fitness is permanent.You should make it on regular basis.As you don't stop eating until death ,so like exercising it should be your permanent feature in your life's time.
For every exercise remember to cool down and make stretch ups as you go towards relaxing. After every exercise and then make a drink of clean water.Stretching make your body to recover as muscles relax and you avoid tissue injuries.Water helps you to replace a lot of water lost through sweating.Our body is made up of 70% fluids which are essential for mantaining life in the body.
