HYGIENE PRACTICES IN HAIR REMOVAL BATHING AND SHOWER

Hygiene practices vary in different cultures, what regarded as a norm acceptable on one society is unacceptable in other cultures.
Hygiene refers to maintaining cleanliness.The word delived from Greek word "Hygieia" which means the goddess of healthy,cleanliness.
The concept hygiene related to practices of maintaining cleanliness for the purpose of preventative measures.
Personal hygiene is achieved by using regulary hygiene products such as soap, shampoos,toothpaste,toothbrush,cotton swabs,deoderant ,lip balms and many more.
Personal hygiene takes the efforts of visiting a doctor, dentist or taking a regular bathing of your body,brushing of teeth,washing of clothes,basic manicure and pedicure,feminine hygiene and health eating
Motivations for personal hygiene practice include reduction of personal illness optimal health ,a sense of well being , control of diseases spreading in the community and social acceptance as association with other is conducive due to lack bad odours from our bodies.
Not able to maintain regular hygiene standards has detrimental effects in our everyday interactions with others.These include the risk of contracting infections or illness.The epidemic and pandemic of disease outbreaks become difficult to control.For example spitting saliva and mucus at the public places is a poor hygiene practice which results in spread of flue ,colds and cough illness.
The interactionists believe that a person 's self esteem, confidence and motivation can be boasted by practising hygienic standards.
This is because you never shy of tidiness and y not producing bad ordours which isolate you from others.Hence you have confidence in yourself and your interaction skills become strong. The regulary well brushed teeth will make us more attractive to smile to others and give us confidence to express our ideas, emotions freely. In constrast brown-dirty unbrushed teeth makes us shy and deprives our need to communicate with others as we produce a bad breath (halitosis) which cause embarrassment and can alter our sense of well-being.
Health hair,skin,nails ,nose ,mouth ,eyes and other body parts can give us confidence in Skin is another major problem.The skin can produces salts and sugars more frequently especially in hot temperature through sweating as it maintains the body temperatures.These secretions produced in the form of sweat produce bad odours to others and need to be cleaned every day.Washing and bathing help the skin to be healthy and it is always good to take a bath daily.
If a person suffers with uncontrollable body odour it is advisable to try new fragrances,strong smelling deodorant soaps,shampoos ,or other traditional herbes with pleasant smell.
There is no genuine reason why walking around messing others with bad smell.
These day cosmetics and other items with various scents that can be of use to a person with this problem and can be assesed at a low cost in stores all over the world and even online stores.Underarm can be maintained clean by trimming or waxing off the hair.
Hair removal
Removing hair is common in most cultures,although the methods vary and the styles.Hair grows on body all body parts except palms.,lips and soles of feet.Hair can be removed by trimming ,shaving or plucking. Hair can be removed for various reasons which include religious,sexual,social or hygienic purposes.
Many people have aesthetic ideal amount of hair for diferent sexes.
Bath and shower
All people in different places clean their bodies. The method can vary depend on availability of resources for bathing such as showering,using tub,bucket or streams in rural areas.The most effect is showering because it is faster,cleaner and invigorating.
When cleaning your body in the morning helps to spend the day refreshing and feel stronger.You feel comfortable when meeting bosses, customers , and co-workers.When come home after work another bath or shower boast your sleeping and resting morale.When taking shower or bath you need toilet soap,a towel, a sponge ,a comb if you have long hair ,it is important to use all these alone .As exchanging these items with others will spread germs which cause diseases.
When cleaning it is to first take of the face apply little water on your face then rub soap on your cloth and rub the face and the neck..Rinse away the soap and rinse the face cloth and wring it out.Pat your face with dry cloth.
The clean other parts of the body and take extra effort on hands and nails,ears feet and other parts which habour bad odours.
Some people lost good opportunities,friends and partners because of poor personal hygiene practices.It gives the stratergy to improve health hygienic practices when consider others' advice especially that help you to be hygiene
